Russia delays adoption of crypto regulation due to FATF order to legislate Bitcoin
The second reading of Russia's crypto regulations have been sent back to the Russian Duma after the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) asked the Russian parliament to define terms such as cryptocurrency and Bitcoin ($BTC). A first reading was sent back in May 2018 after similar concerns. The FATF is expected to issue its crypto regulations next month.
