Ripple hires legal expert behind Token Taxonomy Act
Payments startup Ripple has hired Ron Hammond, a former legislative assistant for Rep. Warren Davidson, has joined Ripple as a manager of government relations. While working for Davidson, Hammond helped draft the Token Taxonomy Act which aimed to bring regulatory clarity to cryptoassets.
