Privacy coin Zcoin’s new protocol launches on mainnet
Privacy-focused cryptocurrency Zcoin will launch its new Sigma Protocol on mainnet today. With Sigma, Zcoin will do away with its previous zero knowledge proof technology in order to fix venerabilities that have impacted other privacy coins, specifically the ability to create counterfeit privacy coins without anyone knowing.
