Veil’s peer-to-peer prediction market platform went live today, and man, oh man, am I disappointed (again) with the state of New York, and the good ole U S of A.

"Veil is not yet available in your region.You can have a look around, but cannot log in or make trades."

I was looking forward to testing it out, and doing a blow by blow review, but that will have to wait a little longer since the U.S. is once again grouped with Syria and North Korea in terms of the world’s most hostile jurisdictions to unregulated crypto markets. (It’s probably best to check in later, anyway, as there are few markets to choose from.)

In the meantime…
