🚶 PBoC's digital currency chief departs to lead securities clearing house
The founder of the Digital Currency Research Lab at the People's Bank of China, Yao Qian, took on the role of general manager at the China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation this month, after leaving PBoC in September. Yao notably led an initiative for PBoC's development of a digital yuan.
