Particl’s Open Marketplace is now live on mainnet

Particl ($PART) announced the mainnet launch of their Open Marketplace today, describing it as the "most disruptive and empowering marketplace the world has ever seen," according to a Particl announcement blog post. The Open Marketplace is a peer-to-peer, privacy-focused decentralized application. The privacy edge of Open Market place is explained by Particl:

Transactions are hidden on the blockchain, images are stripped of their metadata, data exchange is encrypted, and you can even connect the marketplace through the Tor network. In other words, users of the marketplace are anonymous.

The Open Marketplace application was discussed in more detail during an AMA held by Messari and Particl's Head of Communications, Paul Schmitzer.
