🌎 P2P Bitcoin transactions on the rise in South America
According to data from LocalBitcoins (LBC), the amount of peer-to-peer Bitcoin ($BTC) transactions since last year are up in Peru and Columbia by 10 and 20 times respectively. Peru processed 19 BTC LBC transactions per week in Dec. 2017 and now averages 236, with Columbia seeing 66 exchanges last year per week up to 655 today.
