Crypto exchange OKEx token sale of BlockCloud (BLOC) sold out in one second according to a tweet from the exchange. The first project listed on OKEs' OK Jumpstart program, the token sale was available for subscribers only with BlockCloud tokens allotted proportionally to user's OKEx's native token, the OKB, holdings.
