In a recent earnings call with investors, CFO Scott Hill said Bakkt costs will add anywhere from $20-25 million in 2019. The exchange, which is already on its second daily exacerbated by the U.S. government shutdown, is not a typical ICE investment, Hill said, and amounts to a "moonshot bet."
