NYSE Arca seeks rule change to list ETF backed by Bitcoin and T-Bills
NYSE Arca has filed with the SEC for a rule change to list shares in Wilshire Phoenix Funds' United States Bitcoin and Treasury Investment Trust. The Trust invests in Bitcoin ($BTC) and short-term U.S. Treasury securities with Coinbase Custody acting as the custodian of the Trust's Bitcoin holdings. NYSE Arca is also seeking approval for a separate Bitcoin ETF approval with Bitwise.
