☠️ New study shows Americans are the main target for crypto hackers
Group-IB, a Russian computer forensics firm, recently published a report showing that Americans were the most targeted for crypto hacks, amounting to one in three occurrences, followed by Russia and China. The report focused on leaked login data for cryptoasset exchanges which could allow hackers to steal users assets. In Janurary 2018, when markets hit a high, the total number of leaked accounts increased 689 percent compared to the year before.
