🇫🇷 New French law sets guidelines for ICOs

A new law announced by French Finance Minister Bruno Le Maire will set guidelines for ICO issuance on the country. Article 26, which was adopted in the parliamentary committee, will enable France's financial regulator, the Authorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), to approve and issue permits for businesses intending to sell tokens. Part of the approval process will require issuers to offer specific guarantees for investors and disclose all details to the AMF.
