Blockchain firm Symbiont.io Inc, raised $20 million in its Series B fundraising from notables Nasdaq, Citigroup Inc., and Mike Novogratz’s Galaxy Digital Holdings Ltd. Symbiont is working on smart contract system 'Assembly' which will streamline the process for syndicated loans and the mortgage bond market. Nasdaq is looking at using Assembly to help customers tokenize securities.
