[Messari Research] Visualization of PoW cryptoasset monthly supply inflation
Inflation can differ dramatically among Proof-of-Work (PoW) cryptoassets. Using Messari liquid supply data we created a visualization of PoW asset inflation over the course of 20 years, from 2009 to 2029. Because PoW assets have predictable issuance schedules we can project future supply with a high degree of confidence. For this study we used the average block time of the past six-months to project future issuance and supply information available on our asset profiles.
