Messari announces participation from Helium on its disclosures registry

Messari is excited to announce that Helium ($HNT) will be joining the Messari Disclosures Registry. As part of the Registry Helium has committed to transparency by providing disclosures and updates. After raising $15 million in a Series C round co-led by Union Square Ventures and Multicoin Capital, Helium launched its network in August to provide a peer-to-peer network for IoT devices.

Coverage is provided by Hotspots that can be purchased by anyone for $495 and are compensated in the native Helium token. Launch partners include Lime, which is using the network to track scooters and Nestle, which monitors the company's ReadyRefresh water cooler replenishment service.
