👨💼 Lloyd's of London makes entrance into crypto insurance market
Lloyd's of London, the insurance marketplace, is providing cover against the theft of cryptos. Kingdom Trust, a qualified custodian of ~30 cryptos, is enhancing its safe-keeping services with insurance cover for theft and loss due to natural disaster, courtesy of Lloyd's market underwriters. Insurance is becoming interested in providing cover for properly custodied digital assets, as AIG, XL Catlin, Chubb, and Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance have all been mentioned in the press.
