Korea's largest crypto exchange, Bithumb, just sold over 38 percent of its ownership to BK Global Consortium, a Singapore-based blockchain investment firm for $350 million. The largest stakeholder, BTC Holdings, controls 76 percent of the exchange, but agreed to sell 50 percent + 1 shares of its ownership to BK Group, which will become the largest stakeholder after the sale.
