Velox 10, a Brazilian company, opened in Kenya in September 2017 run by Ricardo Rocha and promised $4,000 in daily profits to members who payed a $100 membership fee and an additional $200 "upgrade fee". Velox claimed to trade bitcoins on members behalves, but Velox's website is now unavailable, no money has been returned, and investigations are ongoing.
