Japan's Financial Services Agency (FSA) has published its draft report outlining new cryptocurrency regulations. In the report, the FSA outlines areas of concern, specifically notable hacks on exchanges in the country, while noting the importance of collaborating with accredited self-regulatory organizations like the Japan Virtual Currency Exchange Association (Jvcea). Among other measures outlined in the report are restrictions on privacy coin listings, transactions in derivatives, and margin trading.
