🔫 Jameson Lopp publishes details of swatting incident
Jameson Lopp, CasaHODL engineer and self-described cypherpunk, published a detailed summary of the "Swatting" incident that took place against him in October 2017. Mr. Lopp detailed the attacker's attempt to extort $50,000 from him, his thoughts on swatting and operational-security, and posted a PGP-signed message promising a $100,000 reward "for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the perpetrator".
