🌏 Issuance of final ICO regulations in the Philippines postponed by market regulator
The Security and Exchange Commission of the Philippines has postponed the release of its final ICO regulations till mid-January. Stakeholders asked for additional time to familiarize themselves with the draft regulations. Draft rules were released in Aug. 2018 with the twin goals of investor protection and not harming innovation.
