Instadapp is a platform that allows users to leverage the full potential of DeFi. In simple terms, it helps DeFi users abstract away the complexities of interacting with multiple platforms and condenses them into one user interface.
Instadapp Lite is Instadapp’s yield solution. Solely focused on ETH staking, it helps users automatically run ETH staking strategies, mainly that of leveraged looped staking. Previous versions of Instadapp Lite included USDC, WBTC, and DAI vaults, but they have since been deprecated. Instadapp executes this strategy with three connected lending/borrowing protocols, namely Aave, Compound, and Morpho.
As shown in the graph below, Instadapp’s iETH vault has consistently outperformed stETH’s yield. Outside of Instadapp, the recursive stETH looping strategy is used by a large number of stETH holders, however, Instadapp is the first iteration of this strategy that automatically splits your capital across multiple lending protocols to optimize the returns.

The vault utilizes enhanced withdrawals by diversifying risk across multiple protocols, ensuring that at any time, 25% of the users can leave the vault without incurring any loss taking into account existing onchain liquidity and redeemable collateral in lending protocols. Instadapp charges a 20% performance fee on profits made and a 0.05% exit fee.
