ICO issuer PlexCorps reaches settlement with US securities regulator
Court filings have revealed that the individuals behind the PlexCorps ICO have reached a settlement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). According to the documents Dominic Lacroix and Sabrina Paradis-Royer will each pay $1 million while PlexCorps will disgorge $4.56 million and $350,000 in interest. As part of the settlement Lacroix and Paradis-Royer have also agreed to never participate in a securities sale again.
