IBM files patent for a blockchain-based web browser

A new patent from IBM reveals that the company may be working on a peer-to-peer based web browser. The documents show a browser that collects pre-specified information for each session and then transfers the data through nodes for collection and storage. Different types of information would be collected depending on how the user is browsing, for example a work computer would use demand different types of information compared to a personal browser.
