👨🏼⚖️ Global Digital Finance publishes draft guidelines for token sales and trading platforms
Global Digital Finance, and industry self-regulation initiative supported by Circle, ConsenSys, State Street, Messari, Zcash, and others, has published drafts of two documents that build on their Overarching Principles and Code of Conduct. These Additional Principles lay out voluntary guidelines for token issuers and advisors, as well as for token trading platforms. The documents are open for consultation and feedback.
