🇫🇷 French government to propose legal framework for crypto companies
Three members of President Emmanuel Macron’s party, La République En Marche (LREM), have proposed an amendment to French legislation for all crypto providers in the country. The proposal seeks to expand an earlier decision that allows the nation's stock market regulator, Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF), to provide licensing for ICO projects. Under the new proposal all crypto asset participants would be able to use the same legal framework for their businesses.
