Floyd Mayweather, DJ Khaled escape lawsuit brought by ICO investors
Boxer Floyd Mayweather and producer DJ Khaled were dismissed by a Federal judge from a lawsuit levied by investors in ICO Centra Tech. Deemed an unregistered security sale by the SEC, Centra Tech was shut down with the founder's being sued by the SEC. Mayweather and Khaled were dismissed with the presiding judge arguing the two's promotional material could not be proven to cause investors to purchase the ICO.
