🏎️ First release of Drivechain launched
The first version of Drivechain, called Testdrive, has been released by Paul Sztorc, director of research at Tierion. Drivechain is a protocol that allows a variety of blockchains to be compatible with Bitcoin ($BTC). The system, which could be made compatible with Bitcoin Cash ($BCH), uses Nakamoto consensus and shares the same 21 million BTC ruleset but could start to integrate more features like smart contracts.
