FINRA grants underwriter license to Galaxy Digital’s broker-dealer arm
According to an announcement from Galaxy Digital's broker-dealer, Galaxy Digital Advisors, the firm has received its underwriter license from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA). With this license Galaxy will be able to act as an underwriter on public offerings of equity, debt, and other corporate securities in the U.S.
