Facebook consults CFTC about GlobalCoin
Facebook is in early talks with the CFTC about its GlobalCoin stablecoin network, according to the Financial Times and The Block. Although no application has been sent to the regulator, Facebook is seeing if its network falls under the regulator's futures and derivatives jurisdiction.
