🌍 EU report: blockchain adoption will be led by permissioned platforms
In conjunction with ConsenSys, the EU Blockchain Observatory and Forum published a report stating its expectations for the development of blockchain systems going forward, downplaying public chains in favor of permissioned platforms. The report narrowed down blockchain problems to three points: scalability, interopability, and sustainability. The EU commission was created last year and expects to publish another report in the latter half of 2019.
