Ethfinex co-founder says no current plans to seek regulator approval for new IEO platform
Ethfinex co-founder Will Harborne says the new IEO platform Tokinex is not seeking regulatory approval as of now and is engaging in self-regulation. Harborne says conversations with regulators have not reached a point to seek approval, although he understood the intense scrutiny the project is under: "we have to assume with everything we're doing that people retroactively will look at these activities and say ‘Did they protect their customers?"
