During a biweekly call, Ethereum developers confirmed that a testing environment for the Constantinople hard fork will be released in October. The upgrade, which will include various backward-incompatible changes such as efficiency tweaks and a modified economic policy, will be rolled out on the Ropsten network on Oct. 9. During the call, Ethereum Foundation communications officer Hudson Jameson tentatively suggested a full rollout of the code in November or Decemer of this year.
