Ethereum co-founder Anthony Di Iorio steps down as Decentral CEO
According to a report from CoinDesk Anthony Di Iorio has retired from Decentral, a firm he founded and creator of the Jaxx wallet. According to Di Iorio he will continue funding Decentral and remain on as chairman of the board while he spends more of his time focusing on “philanthropic initiatives.” Decentral was hit hard by the 2018 bear market laying off almost half its staff as it saw revenue from Jaxx's ShapeShift integration plummet after the conversion platform implemented new know-your-customer (KYC) rules.
