🤝 Elizabeth Rossiello, founder of BitPesa, appointed by World Economic Forum as co-chair of global council on blockchain
The World Economic Forum has chosen Elizabeth Rossiello, founder of BitPesa, to co-chair the Global Blockchain Council, an advisement body for the WEF's Centre for the Fourth Industrial Revolution Network (C4IR). The Global Blockchain Council will give insight into the crypto and blockchain markets for C4IR, which focuses on maximizing technology and science for society. The inaugural meeting is in San Francisco in Q2 2019.
