According to research firm Diar, 55 percent of the outstanding Bitcoin ($BTC) supply is held in wallets with balances of more than 200 coins. One-third of these coins are contained in wallets that have never made an outgoing transaction indicating lost keys or a strong resolve to hold. Furthermore, 87 percent of BTC is held in wallets with more than 10 coins, representing just 0.7 percent of all Bitcoin addresses.
