Crypto traders ponder blacklist to keep scammers, thieves at bay
A recent Chicago meeting with the likes of DWR's Cumberland OTC Desk, Mike Novogratz’s Galaxy Digital Holdings, and Ripple ($XRP) discussed the creation of an industry blacklist for known nefarious actors. An alternative system was also proposed by the Crypto OTC Roundtable Asia (CORA), a grouping of Asian crypto businesses. Industry leaders believe a common verification system will not only decrease risk in the market but change regulator's attitudes as well.
