Recently embattled crypto exchange Bitifinex temporarily shut down deposits and withdrawals yesterday due to an outage by a network provider, according to CoinTelegraph. All funds were safe as proven by Bitfinex CTO Paolo Ardoino via postings of hot wallet holdings.
