💰 Crypto broker Voyager is buying token issuer and wallet Ethos.io for $4 million

Crypto trading platform Voyager has agreed to purchase wallet startup Ethos.io for about $4 million. Ethos ($ETHOS), which was previously known as Bitquence, raised $1.6 million from a token sale in July 2017. Voyager will pay for the acquisitions with its public shares and has indicated that it will integrate the Ethos token into its trading platform. Under the deal, Voyager will deliver 3.3 million shares immediately and one million per month for two years provided Ethos continues to integrate into Voyager's platform. The remaining 2.6 million shares will be held in escrow “against any future indemnity claims” for two years.
