Croatian post office trials crypto exchange service eyeing wider rollout
Hrvatska Pošta (Croatian Post) is trialing crypto-to-fiat services at local post offices in Zadar, a location popular with tourists. The pilot will allow customers to convert cryptocurrencies with the Croatian kuna (HRK) via a collaboration with Electrocoin, a crypto exchange based in the country. In the announcement the office states:
“Over the past few years, cryptocurrencies have developed more and more users, and Croatia will, with its network of 1,016 post offices, surely contribute to their popularity.
