🙇 Creditor takes crypto startup London Block Exchange to court

British law firm Squire Patton Boggs LLP has filed a winding petition against crypto project London Block Exchange (LBX) in London's High Court of Justice over unpaid services, according to CoinDesk. LBX CEO Benjamin Dives says the startup is not going out of business, regardless of the possible personal liability implications for LBX directors from the petition. LBX's financial situation has received scrutiny from numerous sources recently, with podcaster Peter McCormack claiming LBX was insolvent and in debt by the millions.
