💵 Creator of eCash announces new crypto project
David Chaum, the creator of early digital money project eCash, has announced a new cryptocurrency called Elixxir. Chaum claims that the project will solve many perceived issues in the space including speed, privacy, scalability, and even future issues like quantum computing. Elixxir plans to use new public key cryptography that the team believes will increase efficiency while also increasing privacy through features used in existing crypto projects, like multi-party computation.
