💰 Court win for Bithumb exchange in case of crypto investor’s $355K hack

A South Korean judge ruled in favor of exchange Bithumb over an account hack worth $355,000. In Nov. 2017, Bithumb user Ahn Park lost 400 million Won on the exchange when his account was infiltrated. Ahn claimed Bithumb failed to uphold proper security measures and lost his personal information. Conversely, the judge ruled the loss of personal information could not be traced back to Bithumb and Bithumb's security measures upheld South Korean law.
