Congressional leaders have drafted a bill that would ban Big Tech from launching a digital asset
A draft bill presented by The Block shows that some members of congress want to keep digital assets out of the hands of "Big Tech" companies. The "Keep Big Tech Out of Finance Act" plans to exclude tech companies with $25 billion or more of revenue from launching digital assets. At this time it is only a draft and there would be many steps before it gets introduced to Congress.
