Coinbase reveals password glitch affecting 3,500 customers
Coinbase has revealed that a small portion of their users were impacted by a bug that caused their password to be stored in plain text on an internal log. Only 3,500 of Coinbase's 30 million customers were impacted and the information was not improperly accessed by outside parties according to the exchange.
