Circle moves exchange operations offshore with new Bermuda office
Circle's Poloniex is moving off U.S. soil to Bermuda citing an increasingly hostile regulatory environment. With 70% of Poloniex's users being international, the exchange is planning on adding more assets and perhaps financial services. Circle laid off 30 staff in May citing similar market concerns.
