🐉 China wants to ban bitcoin mining
China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) is looking at banning Bitcoin ($BTC) mining in the country as published in a 2011 economic planning draft now open for public comment. The draft lists 450 industries that the NDRC deems unsafe, pollution heavy, or illegal. Although actionable plans or dates have been given, the draft reflects China's industrial attitude towards cryptocurrency.
