Chilean government is subsidizing a renewable energy ICO called Solar Token
The Corporation for the Promotion of Production (Corfo), an agency under the Ministry of Economy, Development and Tourism of Chile, is promoting the Solar Token project, designed by the company Belinus, which plans to launch an ERC-20 compliant token to market renewable energy, Cripto Noticias reports. CEO Andrés Vegas told Cripto Noticias that his company received a $35,000 subsidy from the Chilean government for the creation of the token and a marketing campaign. The token offering will distribute 65% of the token's total supply. The remaining supply will be divided between ecosystem growth and the founding team.
