CasperLabs Joins the Messari Registry

We’re excited to announce that CasperLabs has joined the Messari Registry. As a participating project, the CasperLabs team has committed to transparency by providing regular project updates.

Casper is a layer-one blockchain purpose-built for application development. It aims to support applications at scale without sacrificing usability, cost, decentralization, or security. Casper uses a new Proof-of-Stake (PoS) consensus algorithm called Highway that is based on the CBC Casper PoS protocol first developed by Vlad Zamfir. Casper is still in a testnet phase, and it intends to launch at some point in Q1 2021.
