The New York Department of Financial Services says Bittrex, which was denied a BitLicense by the NYDFS, allows trading on its domain under false names like Donald Duck and Elvis Presley. A letter made public from the NYDFS also said that 15 tokens it audited do not fit 2018 listing standards, along with other concerns such as capital requirements and anti-money laundering (AML) rules. Bittrex denied the agencies assertions yet has 14 days to shutdown business activity in New York.
